How long till my order ships?

Security is of the upmost importance to our customers and we at Roxanne's Kitchen are committed to your security and privacy when shopping online. We use state-of-the-art software to ensure the safety of every customer. We use Web Payment Software with 256-bity High-grade encryption verified by GeoTrust as our Internet Security Provider to ensure that your information is safe. If you have questions, comments or concerns regarding your safety, please feel free to contact us directly. 
Most orders are shipped within two business days from the date of receipt (inventory permitting). NOTE: Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time.

I've placed an order. How do I track my order?

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

To track an order you've placed online, log in to your account and click on "my orders". There you can track past shipments as well as check on status of future orders you have placed.
